This beautiful 1970's , There are three layers. two are circles that spin on a center axis. The third (top) layer is stationary.  Featuring a terminal centering a Bezel set, two Articulating hoops within a polished 14k gold mount.
The clear stones are crystal.
The pink stones tested Spinel.
