Very early signed Ed Levin modernist sterling silver oxidized/w/pearls 1950-60s. Mid Century Modern. A very well handcrafted artisan piece. Mid-Century Modern sterling silver concave pin back or hanging necklace in the brooch pendent style giving the wearer two choices in wear ability. The concave has been oxidized by the artist to show off the three small pearls and silver wire details. It is asymmetric and 3-dimensional. A very early production design from Ed Levin New York City studio days signed on the back "Levin Sterling" The wear consistent with age and use.
