This is a Looney Tunes figurine of Sylvester putting salt on Tweety, made by the Applause toy company in 1988. Along with this is a similar Sylvester and Tweety figure with them on skis, also made by Applause in 1988. This one has minimal wear and tear but is still in a used condition.
